Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Access
• This is a weekend parking pass valid from Friday, July 25 to Monday, July 28, 2025.
• The total cost is £60 per self-sufficient campervan or caravan for the full weekend, regardless of how many nights you stay.
• There is no option for single-night pricing.
• Check-in is permitted daily between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM on Friday, July 25, 2025. Entry outside of these hours — please contact us at membership.rostrevor.down@gmail.com.
• Parking is strictly for self-sufficient campervans and caravans only — no tents or other vehicle types permitted.
• NO ELECTRIC HOOKUP is available.
• A locked gate secures the site — you will be provided with the gate code upon arrival.
2. Ticketing & Identification
• You are required to email the following to membership.rostrevor.down@gmail.com:
• A copy of your purchased ticket
• Your campervan or caravan registration number
• Number of occupants staying in the campervan or caravan
• Email Subject Heading — [Name] - [Registration Plate] - Campervan/Caravan Parking 2025
• Entry will be refused if registration details are not received prior to arrival.
3. Facilities
Available on-site:
• Toilets open daily from 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM
• Overhead lighting
There is NO electricity provided — vehicles must be fully self-sufficient.
4. Behaviour & Conduct
• Please respect others by keeping noise to a minimum, especially late at night.
• No open flames or BBQs allowed on site.
• Dispose of all waste in provided bins — do not litter.
• No noise policy after 11 PM on site.
5. Safety & Liability
• St Bronagh’s GAA Club and event organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of property or vehicles.
• Vehicles and belongings are brought and left at the owner’s risk.
• Emergency access routes must remain clear at all times.
6. Departure
• All campervans and caravans must vacate the premises by Monday noon, July 28, 2025, or as directed by event stewards.
7. Refund Policy
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refunds will only be issued in the event of cancellation by the organiser.
• One ticket is valid for one self-sufficient campervan or caravan for the entire weekend only.
