Camping Dates: July 25–28, 2025 | Location: St Mark’s High School, Warrenpoint
Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Access
* This is a weekend parking pass valid from Friday, July 25 to Monday, July 28, 2025 .
* The total cost is £60 per campervan for the full weekend , regardless of how many nights you stay.
* There is no option for single-night pricing.
* Check-in is permitted daily between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM on Friday 25th July 2025 . Entry outside of these hours - please contact us at ulsterfleadh@gmail.com
* Parking is strictly for Campervans only – no tents, caravans, or other vehicle types permitted.
* NO ELECTRIC HOOKUP is available.
2. Ticketing & Identification
* You are required to email the following to ulsterfleadh@gmail.com:
* A copy of your purchased ticket
* Your campervan registration number
* Number of occupants staying over in the campervan
* Email Subject Heading - [Name] - [Registration Plate] - Ulster Fleadh Campervan Parking 2025
* Entry will be refused if registration details are not received prior to arrival.
3. Facilities
Available on-site:
* Portaloos
* Sewage disposal point
* Overhead lighting
There is NO electricity provided – campers must be fully self-contained.
4. Behaviour & Conduct
* Please respect others by keeping noise to a minimum, especially late at night.
* No open flames or BBQs allowed on site.
* Dispose of all waste in provided bins – do not litter.
* No noise policy after 11PM on site
5. Safety & Liability
* St Mark’s High School and event organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of property or vehicles.
* There will be security access between 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM - ONLY THOSE WITH WRISTBANDS WILL BE ALLOWED ENTRY
* Vehicles and belongings are brought and left at the owner's risk.
* Emergency access routes must remain clear at all times.
6. Departure
* All campervans must vacate the premises by Monday noon, July 28, 2025 , or as directed by event stewards.
7. Refund Policy
* Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Refunds will only be issued in the event of cancellation by the organiser.
* One ticket is valid for one campervan for the entire weekend only.
